Law 11,699 was enacted, which provides for the Colonies, Federations and National Confederation of Fishermen on June 13, 2008, regulating the sole paragraph of art. 8 of the Federal Constitution and repeals the provisions of Decree-Law no. 221, of February 28, 1967.
